The reception is from 4:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. If you should arrive later, we ask that you contact us.
How we work :
The hotel is completely non-smoking.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT :
The rooms are available on the scheduled day of arrival, from 4:00 p.m. On the scheduled day of departure, the rooms must be vacated before 10:30 a.m., and before 10:00 a.m. for apartments 1,3 and 10.
THEbreakfast awaits you every morning in the dining room or the terrace from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
No breakfast or drink service will be provided in the rooms, unless medically necessary.
We provide drinks service during the day at the reception bar.
DEPOSIT:
Your reservation will be definitively recorded, upon receipt of the amount of the guarantee deposit by authorized debit from your VISA, Mastercard or AMEX bank card or by bank check in euros payable to ""Hôtel le Mas des Bories""
Standard rates: these deposits represent an amount of 50% of the stay. The deposit is deductible at the end of the stay provided that it is respected in full.
In the event of definitive cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, and in accordance with the provisions of article 1590 of the French Civil Code: ""All guarantee deposits paid remain definitively acquired"", the deposit will be retained.
Non-refundable rates:these deposits remain definitively acquired.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (for classic rates)
- More than 7 days before your arrival: free cancellation.
- From 7 to 0 day(s) before your arrival and in the event of a no-show, 50% of the amount of the stay, with a minimum of 1 night.
SHORTENED STAY
Given our small structure, a cancellation creates significant harm for us. If you have to shorten your stay, we will charge you the full price set out in the original confirmation of your reservation.

HOUSEHOLD
Housekeeping is provided daily in the rooms unless otherwise ordered by you.
For apartments, it is insured at the end of the stay. If it was necessary to do so during your stay, it would be charged €30.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the Hotel.
POOL
In season, access to the swimming pool is possible from your arrival until 7:00 p.m., time of catering service. For stays longer than one night, the swimming pool is accessible from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Minor children are the full responsibility of their parents, and access to the swimming pool is only allowed to them under the supervision of their parents. Jumping and diving into the pool is prohibited.
Out of respect for certain customers who this might disturb, we do not accept the practice of "monokini".
The use of room towels is strictly forbidden at the swimming pool, you can either use your own beach towels or rent them at reception for €2.
RESTAURANT
We only provide catering service for hotel guests, and upon reservation, at least 24 hours in advance.
Except Friday and Saturday evening.

1. Object
These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote reservation of services offered by our establishment, the contact details of which are specified in this reservation confirmation document. 2.Reservation
The customer chooses the services presented on our reservation platform. He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and booking methods of the services available on our booking platform and having requested and obtained the necessary and/or additional information to make his booking in full knowledge of the facts.The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that our liability cannot be sought in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.
3.Reservation process
Reservations made by the customer are made via the electronic reservation voucher accessible online. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation voucher. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted. 9.Price
The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation.Prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount including tax, in the commercial currency of the establishment, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the reservation platform. If the establishment is debited in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, unless special arrangements are indicated on site. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price. Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.) where applicable, presented on the rates page, are to be paid directly on site to the establishment. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to the VAT will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
10.Payment
The customer communicates his bank details as a guarantee of the reservation except conditions or special rates, by credit or private bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club... according to the possibilities offered by the reservation platform of the establishment. ) by indicating directly, in the area provided for this purpose (entry secured by SSL encryption), the card number, without spaces between the figures, as well as its validity date (it is specified that the bank card used must be valid at time of consumption of the service) and the visual cryptogram. 12.Convention of evidence

13. Force majeure
